Please contact your TV provider to confirm that you have the Nick Jr. channel as part of your TV package. You will still need to add the Nick Jr. channel to your subscription even if you already have Nickelodeon.

If you do have the Nick Jr. channel, you can do the following: delete the Nick Jr. App and restart your router or modem as well as the Apple TV. Reinstall the Nick Jr. App and repeat the sign-in process. If you’re still receiving the same message after completing the troubleshooting steps, please contact your TV provider.

  • Make sure to mention that you are trying to sign in to the Nick Jr. App and that it is a "TV Everywhere" app.
  • Ask for level 2 technical support to reset your sign-in credentials. Level 1 reps may not be able to help with this issue.
  • Describe how the app's error states that the Nick Jr. channel is not included in your TV subscription package, that is, you’re receiving the "not authorized" error, and verify that you do have the channel in your package.
