If you’re experiencing crashes, freezes, or longer-than-normal load times, here are some steps to try. Please test after each step to see if the issue has been fixed.
- Go to Settings > Device: Storage and make sure you have at least 3 GB of storage space available.
- Hold the power button down for ten seconds. This should restart your device.
- Delete and reinstall the app.
- Make sure your operating system is up-to-date. Go to Settings > Device Options > System Updates to see if there is an update available.
