Playback should not stop or stall unless there is unusually high network congestion with your internet service provider, there are too many devices trying to connect to your wi-fi or other internet connection, or there are too many apps open on your device at the same time.
Here are some things you can try:
  • Close other apps that may be running.
  • Close the Nick Jr. App and open it again.
  • Try restarting your mobile device and opening the Nick Jr. App again.
  • Try opening another app that has video. Do the videos play well in that app?
  • Slide the rewind button back to an earlier time in the video.
  • Disconnect other devices from your Internet service or wi-fi.
  • Check that your device meets the minimum system requirements for the Nick Jr. App.
  • Check your Internet download speed. You'll want a download speeds of 1.5 Mbps or faster. (You can download a free app that will check your internet speed.)
